WHAT IS THE COST OF HAVING GIDDY UP AT OUR EVENT?

We offer a range of drink and grazing packages that can be tailored to your ideas, dream, and budget. You can contact us through the ‘Get In Touch’ form at the bottom of our home page or call our Team on 0491 029 206. From there we will then ask a few questions to tailor the perfect package for your event and then email you a personalised quote.

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF GIDDY UP?

3.7 metres long (including drawbar) x 2.2 metres wide x  2.6 metres high.

GIDDY UP IS TOO BIG FOR OUR SPACE, DO YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS?

We sure do! Gigi, our mini bar, is a little smaller and maybe more appealing for intimate spaces. 

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO SET UP?

This depends on the event and what package/s you have booked for the day.

We always give ourselves ample time to make sure everything is set and ready to go before your event. Generally speaking, an hour is plenty of time to set Giddy up for a drinks package. 1 - 2 hours for grazing boxes and if you have booked a grazing table, we generally give ourselves 2 - 3 hours depending on the size to set up. 

DO YOU SUPPLY ALCOHOL?

We sure do! Except if you choose the ‘Dry Hire’ drinks package. 

You really would love Giddy Up as a feature at your event but your venue already has a bar or you would like to supply the alcohol? That's not a problem, we would still love to serve the drinks supplied by you or your venue. Giddy will come fully equipped with our bartenders and all the essentials to serve you & your guests

I DON’T LIKE GIN, WHAT ARE MY OTHER OPTIONS?

That’s totally fine! (Have you had the right gin though?)

We stock loads of South Australian SPIRITS, Beers, and Wines.

Other beverages can be arranged by request.

DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?

Yes! Of course, would like to see it? We can provide you with a copy.

ARE YOUR BAR STAFF CERTIFIED?

Of course! All our staff are RSA and Do Food Safely certified.

DO YOU DO TABLE SERVICE?

No, sorry. All drinks will be served from Giddy Up. If you’re concerned about elderly family members at your event, don’t worry we will make sure Grandma is never without a gin! 

DO YOU NEED A POWER SUPPLY?

Yes, Giddy needs a power supply to run efficiently at your event. If you don’t have a power supply, a generator can be organised at an additional cost. 

WHAT IS A GRAZING TABLE?

*GRAZING TABLES ARE CURRENTLY NOT PERMITTED DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

A grazing table is a creative and beautiful way to arrange a variety of snacking foods. A grazing table is like a cheese board but a whole lot bigger. Our grazing tables have an arrangement of cheeses, dips, fruit, vegetable sticks, nuts, sweets, deli meats, bread, and various other foods. The possibilities with a grazing table are endless and they can be styled to suit your ideas, dreams, and budget.

CAN I HIRE GIDDY UP JUST FOR DRINKS AND NOT GRAZING OR VICE VERSA?

HOW DO I SECURE MY DATE?

To secure your event/date a 25% deposit is required within 7 days of your invoice date.

If the event is within the next 3 months, a 50% deposit is required.

The full payment is due 7 days before your event.
